I really enjoy making these caricatures of my friends. Some people are easier to draw right away. I usually tell people that I need to get to know them a little before I start working. This helps me to get all the silly little quirks and exaggerations to put into the drawing. I start by drawing out a bunch of sketches first and then scanning in the drawings. I like to paint right over the sketch and then completely eliminate the drawing underneath. Look out because you could end up in my sketch book and on this page.
