Ethan: I made the clouds using the standard photoshop round brush set to a master size of about 270 or so. Then, I set the color to a soft white and turned the opacity down to about 25%, as well as the flow to around 30%. Next, I turned the brush hardness down completely and that makes for really soft effect that I can then paint on top of my image. Once I’m finished adding the clouds I’ll go back in and erase out any areas that I don’t want hidden.
I’ll have to show you how to do this next time you come over.
